Mark Scarupa, MD is board certified in allergy and clinical immunology. He is the Director of the Center for Urticaria and Angioedema at the Institute for Asthma and Allergy in Chevy Chase, MD, one of six ACARE angioedema reference centers in North America. He is also on clinical faculty at the Johns Hopkins Asthma and Allergy Center in Baltimore, MD. Mark’s primary area of interest is chronic urticaria and angioedema. He has been a principal investigator on multiple urticaria and angioedema clinical trials and has lectured extensively nationally and internationally.

As a practicing allergist-immunologist, Mark ensures that Allegria’s programs remain grounded in real clinical needs.
