Tamás Schweighoffer is a Co-Founder of Forty51 Ventures in Basel. He is a physician-scientist with over 25 years of experience in translational drug development across academia and industry. Before Forty51 Ventures, he served as Chief Scientific Officer at Alentis Therapeutics and held senior R&D roles at Novartis and Boehringer Ingelheim. He led more than 30 preclinical projects from target discovery to clinical PoC. He earned his MD from Semmelweis University in Budapest.

At Allegria, Tamás brings critical expertise from his role in the development of IgE-directed monoclonal antibodies, including omalizumab.
